Cant stop worrying...
21st Jul, 2010

Hi all, I'm due on the 25th Dec and to be honest I cant stop worrying about everything, the main one at the moment is how much should I feel babs movin at the mo? I was 9wks when we found out. In that time I drank (my birthday was 'round then) and smoked a lot (bout 30a day) so what damage has that done. I'm 28 now and my partners 33 and we never planned to have kids so we're both pretty clueless :(

Hi im due the 27th of Dec. I drank and smoke before i found out i was pregnant. I had a scan at 13 weeks and everything was ok then. I think its just natural to worry. This is my first baby and im always wondering if im doing everything right or what i should or should not be doing. As its our first baby we feel a bit clueless also its both exciting and scary at the same time.

hi im 21 wks + 2 and im due the 21st of december, i started to feel movements at 20 wks all of a sudden, but there are heartbeat monitors in mothercare and argos for €40 i got mine at 17 or 18 wks even though it says you may not hear anything that early i could hear my baby very faintly and every wk since then its got louder, to make sure its the baby your hearing not yourself put it to your own chest and see how fast your heartbeat is and compare it with what you can hear in your stomach, the monitor is great it puts your mind at rest when you havent felt a lot of movement/any movement throughout the day it comes with two sets of headphones, sometimes its hard to find the heartbeat just wait a few days get them there brilliant
