These Rules and the Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Cow and Gate forum. By agreeing to abide and be bound by feedingforlife.ie Terms and Conditions, you agree to use Cow & Gate’s forum in accordance with the following Rules.

Regarding your posts:

  1. No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be polite and constructive, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
  2. No objectionable or unlawful content: harassing, abusive, defamatory, harmful, threatening, obscene, sexually oriented, racially offensive, profane, or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
  3. Contributions must be civil, tasteful, relevant and genuine.
  4. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute material which is off-topic in subject-specific areas. No spamming: we don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times.
  5. No advertising or promoting of any kind.
  6. No impersonation or misrepresentaion of your identity or affiliation with any third party.
  7. Do not use inappropriate (e.g. offensive, vulgar, etc) user names.
  8. You may add URL's to the forum - but these must not link to sites containing off-topic material or be of an obscene nature.

  2. Try not to post messages that aren't in any way relevant to the topic at hand. If there's something else you want to talk about, you can always start a new discussion by creating a new thread.
  3. Keep your messages clear and easy to read. When you're online and not face to face with people, it's easy for misunderstandings or ambiguities to arise. So please read and check your messages before you post them on the boards.
  4. Be conscientious regarding your privacy. Your profile and messages are 'out there' on the web for anyone to see. So take care in what you say about yourself or others. Never, for instance, post your phone number, address or bank details.
  5. By using this Cow & Gate website, you are accepting our terms and conditions which will govern your use of the website and we recommend you read them prior to such use. So to ensure you're familiar with them it's worth reading them now if you haven't done so already.

GP Promotion Registration card Terms & Conditions

  1. Open to ROI residents only aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Danone Baby Nutrition Ireland, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary. Entry to the promotion is by signing up to the Cow & Gate programme via post or telephone or online at www.cowandgate.ie.
  3. If joining the Cow & Gate programme via telephone or online, entrants must be sure to select GP Surgery as their reference - 'how they heard about Cow & Gate'.
  4. Only 1 entry per person. Promotion is open from 00.01am on 22.11.08 and closes at 23.59pm on 31.12.09
  5. No responsibility is accepted for any entry which, due to a technical error or any other reason, is not delivered to Danone Baby Nutrition Ireland or is delayed. Proof of postage is not proof of entry.
  6. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person and will take place on the 2nd day of each month during the promotional period only.
  7. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries. The first valid entry is the winner. The winner will be drawn at random. The winner will be notified by email or telephone by the 7th of each month.
  8. There is one prize only per month which is a 200 Euro voucher for a shop of your choice, it is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  9. The winner agrees that the winner’s name and county may be made available by the Promoter.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, should the original winner not validate their identity and age within 30 days of having been notified by the Promoter as the prizewinner.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter also reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or any other difficulties, or for any other reason, with no liability to any entrants, the prizewinners or any third party.
